INSTAGRAM & SOCIAL MEDIA INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Bluegrass Belts is looking for a smart, creative, socially-savvy people to develop and manage social media channels. These individual swill drive social media strategy and day-to-day execution, and will report to their manager. The ideal candidate is a quick-witted, self-starter with a large social following who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment. Whether someone is thinking about buying a new name plate belt, buying a bracelet,a gift for a friend or finding something for their wish list, you’ll create buzzy campaigns that get people excited and have them coming back for more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage Bluegrass Belts’s current social platforms and develop new channels to grow the company’s social media presence and raise brand awareness
    • Create addictive social campaigns to build a community of loyal Bluegrass Belts evangelists
    • Identify, target and cultivate key social media influencers to help build our brand
    • Maintain Bluegrass Belts’s “What’s New” blog as needed
    • Ensure Bluegrass Belts's message is cohesive across all social channels
REQUIREMENTS
    • A keen understanding of the benefits and nuances of different social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Vine, YouTube and More
    • Analytical nature and proficient in Facebook Insights, TwitterReach and other tools to measure engagement
    • Sound editorial judgment with an informed POV on content that will appeal to the Bluegrass Belts demographic
    • Excellent writing and communications skills, with a strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized with the ability to work cross-functionally on several projects
    • Be able to deliver on deadline

SALES REPRESENTATIVE INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Bluegrass Belts is looking for intelligent, creative, and socially-savvy  sales representatives to develop, manage and nurture customer relationships. These individuals will drive online sales via website chat software, email and develop business to business relationships. The ideal candidate is a quick-witted and diligent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment. Whether someone is thinking about buying a new name plate belt, buying a bracelet, a gift for a friend or finding something for their wish list, you’ll help Bluegrass Belts convert the sale and have them coming back for more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sell Products at the 2016 Breeders’ Cup (Oct. 29th - Nov. 1)
    • Manage Bluegrass Belts’ online customer inquiries daily thru the use of Olark live chat
    • Set up booth and to sell products at events.
    • Generate and manage wholesale accounts
    • Manager your target market accounts we give you

REQUIREMENTS

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
    • Creative thinker and problem solver who can make decisions on their own.
    • Sound editorial judgment with an informed POV on content that will appeal to the Bluegrass Belts demographic
    • Strong understanding of our product base and ability to describe how products are manufactured.
    • Highly organized with the ability to work cross-functionally on several projects at once and deliver on deadline

Bluegrass Belts is looking for intelligent, creative, and code savvy web developers to develop, manage and help grow our online customer interface. These individuals will drive online sales via website chat software, email and developing our custom belt engraving software. The ideal candidate is a quick-witted and diligent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment. Whether someone is thinking about buying a new name plate belt, buying a bracelet, a gift for a friend or finding something for their wish list, you’ll help Bluegrass Belts convert the sale and have them coming back for more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Continue to develop the name plate designer currently in place
    • Manage Bluegrass Belts’ online customer inquiries daily thru the use of Olark live chat
    • Come up with new creative ideas to design custom products
    • Update all aspects of the website: logos, product descriptions, etc.
    • Maintain website security protocols

REQUIREMENTS

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
    • Creative thinker and problem solver who can make decisions on their own.
    • Ability to enhance the overall Bluegrass Belts website
    • Strong understanding of coding and different computer languages
    • Highly organized with the ability to work cross-functionally on several projects at once and deliver on deadline
