Exchanges: On non-custom nameplate merchandise we are happy to help with an exchange if something is not quite right! We except exchanges on merchandise within 30 days of receiving order placed. Email us at CLB@bluegrassprovisionsco.com within 30 days of receiving your order to assist with your exchange. We will place a new order and waive your shipping and handling fees for the new merchandise. All items must be exchanged new and unused. All items after 60 days cannot be exchanged.
Returns: On non-custom nameplate merchandise, we accept returns on merchandise within 60 days of your receipt of the order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. All items must be returned new and unused.
Please email CLB@bluegrassprovisionsco.com for a return shipping label and don’t forget to ship your items back to us within 30 days of original receipt. Returns exceeding the 30 day limit will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. All items after 90 days cannot be returned. Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Upon receipt, a return will be issued in the original form of payment within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
Exchange Custom Plate Orders:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style. Do not worry, we can fix it! We except exchanges within 60 days of receiving. Please understand it takes a little work and a brand new item for all re-sizing or exchanges. We charge a restocking/labor fee of $25 for all exchanges. Please include a check with the product that you are exchanging and a note of instructions as to what you would like exchange for and mail to:
